Giveaway Policy/Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Our giveaways
are open to anyone residing in the United States ages 18 and over.

2.

Any personal information collected
for sending the prize to the winner will not be shared with any other entity
other than what is needed for sending the prize to that winner. Winners will
be contacted via email or as posted with the giveaway. Writers by the Shore will
post the name of the winner after each giveaway on our website.

We do not assume
responsibility for phone, technical, network, electronic, computer hardware
or software failures of any kind, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, corrupt,
or delayed internet or email computer transmissions.

All giveaway start and end
dates will be posted with the giveaway.

The prize will be specified
in each giveaway. Substitutions may be used at the sole discretion of Writers
by the Shore, though every effort will be made to provide the listed prize.

The winners will be
selected at random using random.org or another similar site. If the winner
does not claim their prize, Writers by the Shore retains the right to hold a
second drawing to choose a new winner.

By entering the giveaway
per the rules of the giveaway, the participants agree to the official rules
and release Writers by the Shore from any and all liability for any injuries,
losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from
acceptance, possession or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

winning will be determined by the total number of entries received.
